Fern Renewables was asked to deliver a completely new structure to double as a plant room and garage for a property in the South Lakes. The structure had to be in keeping with the surrounding area, using local materials and construction methods sympathetic to the Lake District.

This complete garage/plant room build was finished to a very high standard over several months, using slate tiles, slate frontage, and screed block walls.
